Training gathered young people from five countries of the Balkans who will work on this project as Youth Engagement Workers (YEW). Participating countries in the project are: Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo. This training helps the youngsters to analyze the needs of volunteerism in the communities as well as selection, management and motivation of volunteers, as well as obstacles that can happen in volunteering. The program includes exchange of information on the legislative bases on volunteering in the participating countries and the exchange of good practices on volunteering. Volunteerism is one of the most important issues when it comes to inclusion of youth and dialogue, as is volunteering primarily related to youth. Volunteerism, in particular, the involvement of young people in volunteering is very important subject of modern societies and especially in the Balkans. Not only through volunteering increase the chances of employment of young people, due to the capacity building of society through volunteering, but volunteering can have positive influence on the changes in society and can contribute to cooperation.

TRENING O VOLONTERIZMU MLADIH
