“Strani Vari” - a summer recreation center for children from first to fifth grade primary school which is held traditionally every summer since 2003.

This year "Strani Vari" takes place from 27 July to 7 August 2015 in two primary schools (first and second elementary school Zavidovici) and in five schools in rural areas (Gostović, Hajderovići, Kovaci, Brezik and Ribnica). Work with the children is organized through games and creative workshops and the theme of this year's activities is health. Activities for children last from 8:30 to 12:30 pm, and afternoon activities are held for youth. Participation of children in the summer recreational centers is free of charge, and participate more than 400 children from all schools.

Activities are lead by 40 volunteers from Zavidovici and Alba (Italy) with the help of trained animators to work with children as pedagogues, professors and teachers.

The realization of this project have enabled organizations Yepp Langhe and Strani Vari from Alba (Italy) through the LDA Zavidovici as an organization for international cooperation with the Municipality of Zavidovici, and local association "Ceker" from Zavidovici with the great help of all elementary schools in the municipality of Zavidovici.

The summer recreational center „STRANI – VARI“ has the aim to educate children to have better relation with themselves and the environment, to develop their social skills and have fun during the summer.

STRANI VARI 2015 – Ljetne aktivnosti za djecu

„STRANI VARI“ - ljetni rekreativni centar za djecu od I do V razreda osnovne škole koji se održava već tradicionalno svakog ljeta od 2003. godine.

Ove godine “STRANI VARI“ se održava u periodu od 27. jula do 7. avgusta 2015. godine u dvije gradske osnovne škole (Prva i Druga Osnovna škola Zavidovići) te u pet škola na ruralnim područjima (Gostović, Hajderovići, Kovači, Brezik i Ribnica). Rad sa djecom je organizovan kroz igru i kreativne radionice a tema ovogodišnjih aktivnosti je zdravlje. Aktivnosti za djecu traju od 08:30 do 12:30 sati, a u popodnevnim satima se održavaju aktivnosti za mlade starijeg uzrasta. Učešće djece u ljetnim rekreativnim centrima je besplatno, a ukupno je prijavljeno više od 400 djece iz svih škola.

Aktivnosti vodi 40 volontera iz Zavidovića i Albe (Italija) uz pomoć edukovanih animatora za rad sa djecom, odnosno pedagoga, profesora i učitelja.

Realizaciju ovog projekta omogućile su organizacije Yepp Langhe i Strani Vari iz Albe (Italija) preko Ambasade lokalne demokratije Zavidovići kao organizacije za međunarodnu saradnju sa Općinom Zavidovići, i lokalnog udruženja „CeKER“ iz Zavidovića uz veliku pomoć svih osnovnih škola sa područja općine Zavidovići.

Ljetni rekreativni centar za djecu “STRANI VARI“ je osmišljen tako da bi se djeca bolje odnosila prema sebi i okolini, da bi razvijali osjećaj za društvo i dobro se zabavili tokom ljeta.
